The reservation is valid with the payment of the deposit. The balance of the stay will be paid at check in (POS service).

PAYMENT: a deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer is required at the time of confirmation; the balance will be settled at check in.

CANCELLATION: the deposit paid cannot be refunded but in case of changes or cancellations communicated within 30 days before the arrival date, it will be kept valid for a future stay within the current year according to the availability of the Residence.

In case of early departures, if communicated at least 7 days in advance no penalty will be charged, after that time the entire stay will be charged.
