The Residence “Borgo da Mare” is located in the historic center of the town of Monteprandone (province Ascoli Piceno, Marche), a medieval stronghold overlooking the Adriatic Sea at San Bendetto del Tronto.
The residence was born from the renovation of ancient buildings from the 1500s is set on a hill with a sea view on the border between Marche and Abruzzo, in central Italy, just 4 km from the beach in San Benedetto del Tronto.
Borgo da Mare is developed, on a fully restored medieval stronghold equipped with all amenities. The residence consists of eleven apartments restored.
